Narraté: the essence of Pompeii in a tea!

Narraté: the essence of Pompeii in a tea!

We are pleased to inform you that this year the Narratè Pompeii is being distributed in Italy and abroad.

What the Narratè is?

Narratè is a food design product that includes a booklet bound to a teabag; reading and infusion time exactly coincide. The idea underlying this product is to hybridize food (dry blends for top quality steeping) with books (short, mainly unpublished excerpts), offering a new mode to experience cultural contents as well as tea tasting.

Who is the author?

Felicia D’Amora, a tour guide, a member of our staff. She was born and raised in Pompeii, for many years she worked in the field of restoration of paintings and statues. Thanks to the Narratè project two of her passions are combined together: reading and tea.

What’s the mixture?

The tea mixture used to tell Pompei is made up of black tea, lemon, black pepper, myrtle and rosemary, all plants and spices in use or present as medicinal herbs in ancient Pompeii, except the tea that is the ingredient that combines the past with the present.

How to buy it?

There are several stores in Italy and abroad, but you can purchase it online.
