Pompeian Paintings- Little Birds

Pompeian Paintings- Little Birds

Little birds.
In the house known as “the Prince of Naples“ in the center of the room walls can be observed a series of painted animals, small squares of still lives, or pretty little birds. Two birds are very richly pictured while pecking at the cherries in a red frame on the north wall of the portico: they are painted in IV style with a white background.
